Welcome
Welcome to Sex Power Wealth. Women, taste, game, and good company. There is room for all of it here. This is a magazine for men who want a life they enjoy being inside. A good story should make you feel something. A good idea should make you want to leave the house. We start with the night.
The big one
Give the night somewhere to go
Friday. The group chat wakes up. Somebody asks what everyone is doing, and three guys answer with some version of “down for whatever.” An hour later everyone is still home. Whole weekends disappear inside that sentence.
A plan does not have to be impressive. It needs an address, a time, and one man willing to go first. “Dinner at eight. Come through.” That is the whole move. A man who can make a small decision and stand behind it is attractive in every room he walks into, because he gave the night a beginning.
Pick a place you actually like. You can hear the person across from you, there is something worth ordering, and you can pay for the evening without checking your balance under the table. Your comfort is part of what you bring.
Get there early enough to settle in. Say hello to the staff. Phone away. Read the room before you try to perform for it: what is playing, who is having a good time, where a conversation would feel easy. Attention gives you more to work with than any line you rehearsed in the car.
A plan needs an address, a time, and one man willing to go first.
When you meet a woman you find attractive, let curiosity do the work. Tell her what caught your eye, say your name, and find out whether she wants to stay in the conversation. Chemistry takes two people. There is no prize for dragging a reluctant one to a second location.
Leave room for the unexpected. Dinner turns into a walk. Somebody knows a place around the corner. Or dinner is the whole night, and it is plenty. Trying to force a legendary evening is the fastest way to miss a very good one.
Do this enough and places start to come with people. The bartender knows your order. A friend brings a friend. There is a story attached to the table by the window. That is a kind of wealth too, and you only collect it by showing up. Pick somewhere. Send the invitation. Give the night somewhere to go.

The Scene
Original photograph of the place.
One true night out from Ricardo: the city, one small detail, and something that actually happened. 150 to 250 words, with his own establishing photograph of the room or the street.
The Move
One place, two invitations
Choose one place you would happily go to alone. Pick a time. Invite two people individually, with the actual plan. Go even if the group stays small. Afterward, write down one detail worth remembering. You are starting a collection of places and people.
Good Taste
A room worth returning to
Before you take someone somewhere, go once yourself. Check the light, the volume, the space between tables, and whether the staff seems glad to be there. A great photograph can hide an exhausting room. Judge a place by how it feels for an entire conversation.
Short Game
- “We should hang out sometime” is not an invitation. “Eight o’clock, this place” is.
- Visit a room alone before you bring anyone to it.
- If you cannot hear her across the table, it is the wrong table.
- Invite people one at a time. Group chats are where plans go to die.
- A no is an answer. Enjoy the plan anyway.
